Kiw Can

Today is our last class on kiw can we talk about how
 to make your body healthy.We went outside and play are lot
 of sport.This year i learn lot of thing to help
 my family and my contry.
Also I learn how to protec and resoect each
other form oldest to the littel kids.I have are
great time at Kiw Can.

I would like to say thanks you Kiw can for help.

today we going to tech at Tamaki college we also talk about how to make sausage
with cheese and chips

here are the step

step 1-slice the sausages in half
-top up with cheese and tomatoes
-bake for 10 minutes
-serve with tomato source

make brownie here are the step



step 1-c of plain flour

Step two-tsp of baking powder
-1/4 c of coco
-2-tbsp coconut
Wet   ingredients

step 3-1/2 brown sugar
125g butter melted microwave
1 minute and 10 sec


step 4-1 egg
-1 tbsp vanilla essence.

today we going to teach  in tamaki college today we talking about
on my cooking class how to make mince pasta

here are the step to make mince pasta

1-Boil pasta with 2c of cold water until it soft
2-drain under cold water using colandar fry the mince with
onion when it cooked
3-add the sauce
4-combine with pasta sauce and top up with

today we went to fro tech we talking about how to make fish pie

here are the step

1-peel the potato and bake until its cooked

2-mash it up and lay it out into the baking


3-mix tuna fish with 2/1 can of mushroom cream and 1/2 c of mayonnaise


4-mix well top up on potato with cheese and bake fro 10 min

today we when to tech to tamaki frist we have are calss cooking frist we have to make minice pie
here are the step

1-dice the onion and fry until it solf
2-add the mince and fry until it cooked
3-add mix the veges ans water is areldy mix we papper ,veg,stock and spices
and than we eat

Trip to HMNZ Canterbury

Today 30th of October 2018 Tamaki College gave us the opportunity to have a trip to HMNZ Canterbury ship. 

First we went with a teacher from Tamaki college in the van to Devonport. The van ride was fun because the boys were in one van and the girls were in the other. 

When we arrived we had to walk on a plank to enter the ship. It was thin but it looked safe. On the ship we were greeted by Texas who is in the navy and he was our tour guide. 

We were taken to different areas of the ship. The heliport is where they park the helicopters, the front where the steering of the ship is controlled from. In there we learnt no one is allowed to sit on the captain's chair. We also went into the board room where they have meetings about what is happening. It was a medium sized room with a round table and chairs. 

One of the best parts of the tour was when we were in the cafeteria for lunch. The chefs on the ship prepared lunch and it was salads with burgers, chicken drumsticks and pizza. I had the pizza and a drumstick. 

It was also fun meeting some of the people in the navy. I met a Tongan guy who works in the navy. That was great. 

I had fun today and thank you Tamaki College for the trip.

Cooking

Today for  food tech at Tamaki college we made sweet chill chicken. Here are the steps

Step 1-Boil your chicken fro 15 min.

2-Lay it out on baking tray.

Last one-Top up with salt ,white pepper mix herb ,chill sauce and bake
for 20 min
